Interested in exploring a plant based diet but not sure how to start? Thrive Baltimore has just the program for you! For the month of April every Saturday will include free programming to help those interested in incorporating more plant-based foods into your diet.
Each Saturday will be packed with information and resources that will help support people on their journey towards transitioning to a healthier, kinder, more sustainable way of eating. Already vegan? With so much information and so many resources this program will benefit you as well.

Location: Thrive Baltimore: 6 East Lafayette Avenue at North Charles Street, Baltimore, MD.
Buses: 51, 95, 103, City Link Green, and City Link Silver. Use the Charles Street and North Avenue stop.
Trains: Thrive Baltimore is located 2 blocks from Penn Station.
Parking: Street parking is available as well as 2 paid lots within one block of the building (mention you’re coming to Thrive for a discounted parking rate!)
